Mar7aba Jerusalem...Welcome Jerusalem

Hello everyone, my name is Majdi and I am pleased to be the first to post onto this Blog from the United States. I was born Palestinian, but have lived in Ohio most of my life. My parents came here when I was 9 months old and I have visited the great Holy Land a few times in my lifetime. ('88,'96, and 2006) I can definitely say that those are the best memories that I can recollect. Each time I go there, I feel like I find a part of myself, mainly because 95% of my family still live there. Working on this project for a few years now with Amy, I hope that one day people from both sides can deal with this situation in a more civilized manner. I must say that Hate only brings on more Hate and the vicious cycle needs to end for oncoming generations to be able to live in prosperity inshAllah. People from Jerusalem, I hope that soon we will be able to talk. I know it is not easy because of my visit last year there I saw the WALL that you deal with daily. Ta3eesh Falasteen, salaam.
